Crispiest Roti Prata
recommended by : "The New Paper"not sure, whether the spelling is correct or not.
does it mean "newspaper" ?
The plain prata is super crispy, but doesn't fit my expectation for roti prata. For me the nice one should be tender and able to peel the layers.
